Submit Your Own Footage

Please record all your videos in the Landscape Orientation only DO NOT USE PORTRAIT VIEW. Your videos should make sure that you are in the frame for the entirety of the shot with as little camera shake as possible. After uploading your images (link below) you will receive a confirmation that the footage is good or needs to be fixed. Please include the following...

30 - 60 seconds of athlete (in uniform) performing a series of Jiu Jitsu mounts and two or three favourite submissions.
30 -60 seconds of athlete (in gear) punching and kicking either on a bag, focus mitts or just in front of the mirror.
Short video that includes your full name, age, belt rank and why you love training at GriffinMMA
